Active Shooter Training
Training to help you respond appropriately if the worst possibility becomes a reality.What is safety consulting?
Our safety consulting consists of two key pieces to provide you and your staff a safe environment: Evaluation and Education.
Evaluation
We will come to you and evaluate your facility for safety and security issues including:- checking locks, windows
- access points for employees and the public
- cameras and lighting
- environmental concerns
We then review your existing safety plans and evacuation routes and will help you update accordingly.
Training
The training we provide for Disaster and Emergency Preparedness covers:- earthquake
- fire
- gas leak
- active intruder or active shooter scenarios
- bomb threats and more
We also provide training for CPR, First Aid, AED, Epi Pen, EOC, and ICS
School Safety
We also provide additional resources for schools such as:- safety training and safety drills
- home visits for attendance and truancy or behavioral issues with students
- assisting in situations that may require an outside resource but not necessarily the police
- mentoring students to provide positive interactions with authority
We also provide presentations about drug and alcohol use, vaping, social media usage, peer pressure, bullying and restorative justice practices to 4th through 9th graders.
